World Tourist Attractions Ltd is proud to announce the return in May 2007 of the world famous Manchester Wheel sponsored by the Manchester Evening News to its home in Exchange Square in the vibrant heart of Manchester city centre.
The Wheel of Manchester sponsored by the Manchester Evening News opens for business on Friday 25th May 2007.
With spectacular views over one of the fastest changing urban landscapes in Europe, the 60m ride in the sky is a must for visitors or locals who want to see Manchester as they've never seen it before.
The wheel has 42 capsules which seat up to eight people, with wheelchair access, air conditioning and heating and for an extra touch of luxury, there's a VIP capsule with optional champagne.

The Wheel Experience
After a brief introduction to the facilities available, passengers enter one of the 42 fully enclosed, climate controlled capsules and are gently lifted to a height of 60 meters for a spectacular view of the city. A VIP capsule with DVD, glass floor and champagne on ice is available. Lasting approximately 13 minutes, the wheel experience also features a commentary pointing out local landmarks.
